Early Childhood Education Programs Fundraiser

The Chabot College Early Childhood Programs, in conjunction with The Friends of Chabot College, is holding its first annual fundraiser on Saturday, April 27, 2024 from 11 am to 2 pm at the Chabot College Student Center. Fundraising participants include the California Early Childhood Mentor Program, the Early Childhood Development Lab School, and Foster and Kinship Care Education. This event will feature live music, family activities, a BBQ lunch, a silent auction, and more!

We hope that you will support our quality programming at Chabot College with a donation. Donations are a crucial component to our programs’ success and we welcome items for our raffle as well as cash donations: gift baskets, gift cards, and other in-kind donations.

Puente Students

Puente at Chabot

Since 1981, Puente has been "Bridging Classrooms & Community" at Chabot College. Puente’s mission is to increase the number of underrepresented students at four-year universities, support students to earn college degrees, and inspire them to return to the community as leaders. Since its birth at Chabot College, the Puente Project has taken wing and is now at 7 middle schools, 36 high schools, and 65 community colleges throughout the state, as well as in Texas and Washington.

In the past 10 years, Chabot Puente has awarded over $100,000 in scholarships to outstanding students who are either transferring to a university or continuing their education at Chabot. Donate today to support the Puente project.

Close the Funding Gap

Chabot College Academic Senate Fund for Emergency Aid

These funds will provide aid to Chabot students who encounter unforeseen circumstances such as theft, sudden financial hardship, changes in family circumstances, etc., that prevent the student from being successful or continuing with their education.

Funds may be used to cover basic needs such as housing, food, car repair, transportation, etc. Priority will be given to students but funds are available for Faculty and Classified Professionals encountering extreme circumstances (e.g., homelessness, etc.).
